Jimmy Buffett Falls Off Stage, Unknown If KC Concert Affected

Singer Jimmy Buffett reportedly fell off a stage in Australia on Wednesday during a concert at Hordern Pavillion in Sydney.

Entertainment news website TMZ.com reported Buffett, 64, was taken to St. Vincent’s Hospital in Sydney after the incident.

An audience member told TMZ that Buffett was unconscious for 5 to 10 minutes after falling. The audience member said Buffett fell after a “huge flash of flight” made it impossible to see on the stage.

Buffett is now in stable condition at the hospital, according to TMZ.

It is not known if Buffett’s injury will have an effect on his April 30 concert date at Kansas City’s Sprint Center. The concert sold out in only one hour Monday morning.
